Field Service and Support

Our goal is simple – get your machine up and running, and keep it that way. Our service department offers 22 fully-trained field service technicians with an average of 18 years of experience servicing Triangle equipment. All Triangle technicians are NFPA 70E trained and certified.

While the core of our field service technicians are based out of our Chicago headquarters, several are located regionally for quick access to your facility.

If immediate attention is required, please contact us at 773-836-3451 for assistance. Our typical response time is within 1 hour. If it is not an emergency, we will reply by the end of the next business day.
